The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views over the lake and well-kept lawns. The apartment itself is modern, well-equipped, and very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The noise from the dogs in the surrounding area and their owners shouting can be quite bothersome.

Great location with stunning views of Loch Lomond and close proximity to a marina. The apartment was well-equipped, modern, and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and even some welcoming drinks. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a walk-in shower. The surroundings were beautiful and there were a few options of restaurants within walking distance.
The noise and disturbance caused by painters ringing the doorbell at 7:30 am on multiple mornings was extremely frustrating. It would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance about the painters working outside our windows.

The property had a beautiful garden and a private beach area where I could unwind and enjoy the scenery. The free private parking was a great convenience.
The private beach area was way too far from my room. I had to walk a whole 3.9 km to get there.

We had a truly amazing romantic escape at this hotel! The accommodations were absolutely top-notch, with a beautifully renovated unit that had a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and living room area. The appliances were all top quality, including a modern oven and even a washer/dryer. The location was perfect for us, with stunning views just a short walk away. Plus, being only an hour away from Glen Coe was a huge bonus for exploring the area. We also appreciated the excellent value for the price.
The partial view of the surroundings, but we made the best of it by enjoying a cheese and wine picnic on the balcony. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning, which could be a challenge during warmer weather.

The apartment at Benoch Lomond Castle in Alexandria was absolutely charming! The room had a cozy feel with beautiful garden views from the balcony. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the flat-screen TV had a great selection of satellite channels. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and of good quality. I felt right at home in this lovely apartment.
Personally, I found the electric kettle in the apartment to be a little outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The accommodations were fantastic, with a beautifully modern and spotless apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with top quality appliances, including a modern oven and induction cooking. The apartment also had a well-stocked pantry, with nespresso cups, herbs, and welcoming drinks. The location was peaceful and relaxing, with a private pebbly beach and jetty just a short walk away.
The lack of a Loch view was a bit disappointing, as mature trees obstructed the view. It would have been nice to have en-suite facilities in one of the bedrooms and a microwave for added convenience.
